Shae- I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, disordered eating, bipolar disorders, and PTSD using DBT, Brainspotting and CBT in order to decrease suffering and increase acceptance and self-compassion. During our initial session, we will complete an assessment to get a broad overview of your life, current symptoms and specific issues you'd like to address. My aim is to forge a therapeutic bond with you, offering not only support and validation but also a deep sense of understanding. Together, we can gently shed the weight of shame and fears, paving the way for a life that radiates with meaning. Your journey to healing begins here, with kindness and warmth as our guiding lights. Phil- I have had the privilege to work as a counselor since 2011, providing me the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds overcome a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
